About this event

We're running two free digital skills workshops at Marksbury Road Surgery in Bedminster. These workshops are open to anyone who would like to learn how to use the internet to:

Order repeat prescriptions
View test results
Book GP appointments
Access online consultations
Create an NHS login
Download and use the NHS app

At our workshops, you'll have 1:1 support. There's no need to book - just join us on the day.

Our goal is to give people the skills to manage their health independently and develop their confidence online. You don't need to be a patient at Marksbury Road to attend - these workshops are open to everyone.

Please bring your device (such as a mobile phone, tablet/iPad, or laptop) with you. If you've been given a code or codes by your GP surgery to help you access online services, please also bring this with you. If you don't have a code or aren't sure why would need one, don't worry - we can still support you on the day.

Please share the details of these workshops with anyone you think may be interested. Tea and coffee will be provided free of charge, and there will be an ample supply of masks and hand sanitiser available for attendees to use.
