Our engagement team will be at this community health clinic organised by Caafi Health to listen to your feedback about local health and social care services. We can also offer you information and guidance about services that could help you or your loved ones.
No need to book, just drop in to test your:
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Weight
- Blood carbon monoxide
You can also have your liver scanned, and local organisations can talk to you about your wellbeing, diet, exercise and heart health.
