Bristol Community Health Equality & Diversity Statement (EDS2) review by Healthwatch Bristol
On 24 July 2018 Bristol Community Health (BCH) hosted a meeting with Healthwatch Bristol and its volunteers
The purpose of the meeting was to review the steps of improvement on their equality and diversity statement they have taken to improve it within the people they care and support across the city of Bristol.
