Minutes from our 2022 AGM

Our 2022 Annual General Meeting was attended by our Trustees, staff, and members of our volunteer team. We discussed the work we'd done over the previous year and looked at how we can continue to be a voice for patients in the future.

103 people who draw on care and support from adult social care services spoke to us about what's working well and what needs to improve. We heard from a diverse range of people, including older adults, people with mental health issues, and carers.

A lack of compassion from healthcare professionals, difficulty identifying menopausal symptoms, and confusion around HRT and alternative treatment options are among the issues raised by almost 400 people who shared their experience with us.
