Southmead Hospital is working on making improvements to its Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. To do this, staff need to know what's working well and what could be done better.
If you've recently attended A&E as a walk-in patient (as opposed to being transported by ambulance or another emergency service), North Bristol NHS Trust wants to know how you decided where to go for help, what the experience was like when you were there, and if you used any other NHS services before attending the A&E department.
To share your experience, please fill in our short, confidential survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NBTED21
We understand that patient care is a sensitive topic. This survey is anonymous and confidential. Comments will be passed on to people who manage NHS services, but we will not include any information that could make it possible for someone to identify you.
We ask some general questions about you, such as your age, gender, and ethnicity. We use the answers to these questions to find out if the feedback we collect is representative of the area we cover. We can't use your answers to these questions to identify you.
