How your feedback has made a difference: April - June 2021

Between the beginning of April and the end of June 2021, we received 150 pieces of feedback on a wide range of health and social care issues, including GPs, dentistry, and mental health. Here's how your feedback helped make a difference.

Sharing your feedback with us helps us let health and social care service providers, local commissioners with national bodies such as the Care Quality Commission, NHS England, and Healthwatch England, know how services are working in the Bristol area.

Of the 150 pieces of feedback we received this quarter, 73% were negative, 19% were positive, and 8% were mixed.

The topics we received the most feedback on were GPs (59 pieces of feedback) and dentistry (45 pieces of feedback).
